A 17-year-old and a 15-year-old have been arrested in connection with a shooting in Sacramento County on the Fourth of July that left one person dead and another seriously injured. The shooting stemmed from a "coordinated gun deal" with the victims that went awry, sheriff's spokesperson Sgt. Amar Gandhi said.
