This video illustrates how one can solve the error of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 which one can get while installing Vivado 2017.1 on Windows 10.
The solution is quite simple:
If you have a 64bit copy of Windows 10 installed then simply navigate to the installation directory of Vivado given below and rename the "xvcredist.exe" file to any other name so that Vivado cannot look for this file while the program is being opened.
Directory: C:\Xilinx\Vivado\2017.1\tps\win64
If you are installing any other version of Vivado on Windows 10 and still facing the same issue navigate to the respective directory by replacing 2017.1 with your Vivado version.

Please forgive me if you are facing any other installation issues and if I'm not able to help in that case as I'm not an expert on such things. I was personally facing this installation issue; hence thought of sharing this workaround so that your time doesn't get wasted.
PS: If you are still facing the issue then you also need to rename the "xvcredist.exe" file to any other name; the directory of which is given below:
Directory: C:\Xilinx\Vivado_HLS\2017.1\tps\win64
