All of the Nintendo Switch boards are are on fire right now. People seem to think the rumored specs have doomed the system before launch. Despite not having any type of confirmation from Nintendo or Nvidia people are believing things they don't seem to understand fully.
There is a lot more to a chip then just the frequency it runs at.
