Today on Booze On The Rocks, we make a Maneater cocktail. This Tiki-style cocktail follows the pattern of several ingredients, giving it a depth of flavor you would repeatedly make. The Maneater combines apricot and orange flavors, with cinnamon, almond, and pineapple for a gorgeous tropical drink. Try it out and let me know what you think

MANEATER
1.5 oz/45 ml Gin
.5 oz/15 ml Apricot Brandy
.5 oz/15 ml Orange Liqueur
1.5 oz/45 ml Pineapple Juice
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lime Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Orgeat
.5 oz/15 ml Cinnamon Syrup
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to the shaker tine.
2. Whip shake for 10 seconds.
3. fill a glass half full of crushed ice.
4. Free pour the contents into the glass.
5. Add more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
