The Hanging Knee Raise is an basic gymnastics movement performed at 12th State CrossFit.
Primary Muscle Groups:
- Latissimus Dorsi
- Rectus Abdominus
- Hip Flexors
Points of Performance:
-Start hanging under pull-up bar at full shoulder/elbow extension
- Perform arch and hollow tap swing
- When body swings to hollow in the back of the swing, bring your knees above 90 degrees and then return back to arch body hang
