To make eggplant rolls, you will need:
2 eggplants
100 g of cheese
2 boiled eggs
100 g salami sausage
3-4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp mayonnaise

To make rolls, cut two eggplants into plates 3-4 mm thick. Sprinkle the slices with salt, leave for 10-15 minutes so that the juice stands out from the eggplants, and the bitterness comes out of them. Then rinse them with cold water to remove the salt. Bake eggplant plates in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
While our vegetable ingredient is being prepared, we will prepare the filling. Grate cheese, eggs and salami sausage. Add the chopped garlic and season everything with mayonnaise.
Then spread the required amount of cooked filling on each baked eggplant slice. Gently roll the plates into tight eggplant rolls.
Before serving, decorate the dish with herbs. Eggplant rolls are ready. The finished dish can be served both hot and cold.
