Bangwa Pork Leg Restaurant (ร้านบางหว้าขาหมู) has been serving up some of the best khao kha moo in Bangkok for the past 40 plus years.

Dozens of whole pork legs have been stewed for hours in the same 'mother pot' every day for decades which just builds flavour on top of flavour. lf I had to pick one place to eat khao kha moo in Bangkok, this might just be it. Bangwa Pork Leg might just sell the best Thai pork leg on rice in Bangok.

To get to Bangwa Pork Leg Restaurant (ร้านบางหว้าขาหมู) you want to take the MRT to Phetkasem 48 and the restaurant is located at the bottom of the escalator. The MRT is without a doubt my favourite way to travel in Bangkok in 2021.
