In this video I'm going to show you what happens when you don't learn how to cope with losing your equipment in Escape from Tarkov. EFT is a hardcore survival video game and it goes without saying that Tarkov is unforgiving when it comes to punishing players for the failure to extract from the map successfully. For that reason, developing coping mechanism is advised before clicking on the "Raid" button in order to avoid unnecessary frustration and mental breakdown.
