1. Nutritional yeast: Gives a cheesy flavor. You can find it in health food stores and online, for example on iHerb (LINK: [ Ссылка ])
2. Black Salt: Gives an eggy flavor. Also called Kala Namak. You can find it in health food stores and online, for example on iHerb (LINK: [ Ссылка ])
3. Tahini: Sesame seed paste, you can probably find it in your local supermarket, but if not, living you a link to purchase online, for example on iHerb (LINK: [ Ссылка ])
4. Grains & Legumes: There are so many! Just explore and find out what you like :)
Grains include - barley, oats, rice, wheat, wild rice, whole grain rice, whole grain round rice, quinoa, millet, Amaranth, and more!
Legumes include - Chickpeas, beans, lentils, peas, and more!
6:06 - Protein Deficiency and B12 supplement
Eat a whole food plant-based diet with a variety of vegan protein sources and you’ll be fine but with that being said I am not a doctor, dietitian or nutritionist so consult a professional if you think you are missing something or just want some guidance.
