Experts say that the President’s diagnosis of the problem at Uganda Revenue Authority could not be so wrong.  These however say more needs to be done to completely cure revenue shortfall challenges that have left the country at the mercy of domestic and foreign lenders. This follows his recent creation of a new strategic unit to oversee operations at the URA.
