Chicken Potato Stew - KS Chicken
Ingredients:
1 packet of KS chicken wings (about 4-5 wings)
(Marinated with light soya sauce, Shaoxing cooking wine)
1 potato, cut into small chunk
½ tomato, cut into small chunk
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Few slices of ginger
Enough amount of hot water

Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of Shaoxing cooking wine
1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
Few drops of Ong Ky premium fish sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Few drops of sesame oil
Few dashes of white pepper
