Following the resignation of Boston's Cardinal Law, the new archbishop Shawn O'Malley quickly made a $55 million settlement offer to victims of the archdiocese's hundreds of child-molesting priest. The offer was dependent on 95% of the victims agreeing to its terms. New England SNAP coordinator Phil Saviano gives his reaction, as do victim's attorney Mitchell Garabedian and Robert Sherman.
