George Motz is the biggest spruiker of the Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger, so much so George has opened up his own restaurant in New York selling these American gastronomy delicacies. Smash burgers are everywhere at the moment and this style was born out of a need, a need to feed people in harsh times. When food was scarce and meat was expensive, but onions were not.
