Two-way Reinforced Rectangular Footing – Reinforcements and Construction animation are presented here. The reinforcement in short direction is divided and distributed in central band & outer portions. Central band length is equal to the length of short span. Using this way, rebars are effectively placed in much required part of rectangular footing. Long span rebars are uniformly distributed across the full width of the footing.
