Battle of wits and violence ensues when the separate worlds of two teenage sociopaths collide after they set their eyes on the same target.
A teenage girl, powerful SERIAL ARSONIST(14) stalks and murders a group of homeless people, sheltered in an abandoned tunnel, by burning them alive. Elsewhere, YINGZI(14), a severely disturbed but highly intelligent teenager lives with her poor but well-meaning GRANDPA(70). She earns her place into the most prestigious school in the country, but afflicted with an excruciatingly painful form of tinnitus, she goes on a spree of punishing her classmates after discovering the correlation. The last bad egg, XIAOXIAO(14), a con artist, gets targeted by YingZi, who, busy playing God in Xiaoxiao’s house, fails to notice the Serial Arsonist stalking through the house and setting it up to burn it to the ground.
