Many years ago, when I listened to this song for the first time, I was impressed, I didn't understand the lyrics until I went to see the translation. Mein Teil refers to an episode of cannibalism that really happened in 2001 whose protagonist was a German engineer and I like how Rammstein dealt with the topic (It is not uncommon for the songs to resume the news).
