In this video I show you how to make Spelt and Mushroom Onion Pilaf (Adjar). This spelt pilaf is so healthy and vegan! With just a few key ingredients (mushroom, onion, spelt), you'll have yourself a delicious meal!
What you'll need:
2 cups spelt grain
4 1/4 cups water
2 onions
2 packs of mushrooms
Olive oil
Black pepper
Salt to taste
