You need to register phone in indonesia as a tourist having phone that was not bought in indonesia. That is because your phone was not taxed by Indonesian goverment. By registering phone you will be able to use it without paying tax 2 months, but you can extend only one time. So if your phone is worth less than 500$ you should be able to register for liftime by declaring it to customs once you arrive on airport and register it after. If you want to register it for lifetime after you left the airport you will need to pay 40% tax regardless of phone value. That I was told at customs where I went after my second registration expired
