Ben & Jerry's is suing its parent company after it struck a deal with the Israeli franchise to continue production and sale of the ice cream in Israel and the West Bank.
We speak to Alyza Lewin, lawyer for the local franchise owner Avi Zinger, who says Unilever has been standing by her client.
"Unilever is right. It is now arm in arm with Avi Zinger, they are standing as I have said what is morally correct, what is socially just, and what is the principled path so I would hope that any court in the US would recognize that, and would agree with that," she told i24NEWS.
