With an increased need for mental and behavioral health support during the COVID-19 pandemic, physicians and care teams have had to quickly adapt to implement more virtual health tools to enable timely, high-quality care to their patients. This interactive session will provide participants with an overview of opportunities and techniques for delivering integrated mental and behavioral health care via telehealth technologies.
Speakers:
• Rebecca Murray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Director of Clinical Services at Oak Street Health. Rebecca obtained her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City, and her work at Oak Street Health is focused on developing the best integrated behavioral health program using the AIMS Center collaborative care model.
• Dr. Justin Hunt joined Oak Street Health in December 2020 as the Medical Director of Behavioral Health. Prior to Oak Street Health, Dr. Hunt was the Medical Director and Head of Psychiatry at Ginger, an on-demand, virtual mental health system of care. Dr. Hunt has also served as a psychiatrist, administrator, and mental health services researcher at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Psychiatric Research Institute.
• Dr. Yun Boylston is a pediatrician at Burlington Pediatrics / Mebane Pediatrics, located in Alamance County, MC. As a physician partner, she champions innovative strategies and operational effectiveness to build and sustain a thriving independent practice. In March of 2020, Dr. Boylston led her practice to adopt and scale telehealth operations, which now accounts for over 15% of visit volume. A leader across healthcare’s continuum of care, Dr. Boylston is a trustee for Cone Health System and board chair of Carolina Complete Health. She serves as a board director of the NC Pediatric Society.
