For the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies to enter into force, two-thirds of WTO Members must formally deposit an instrument of acceptance. To facilitate the process for Members, Deputy Director-General Angela Ellard and Depositary Assistant Madeleine Mitchell outline the requirements for depositing a valid instrument of acceptance.
