It's Friday and that means I make fresh pasta! I love weekends and what better way to celebrate the start off the weekend than with some yummy food shared with family and friends.
This is my go-to recipe for a egg dough:
-500g 00 flour
-250g room temp eggs
Make sure you use 00 flour to get the right hydration, if you use all purpose will you need to add more egg or water.
