This turkey brine is my go-to for festive cooking around the holidays. The rosemary salt is an added bonus!!
Poultry brine
12 quarts of water (1/2 ice)
1 3/4 cups rosemary salt
1/2 cup honey
5 lemons cut in half
2 heads of garlic cut in half
1 bunch of Italian parsley
60 whole peppercorns
5 bay leaves
20 dried juniper berries
