The Winters Leadership Memorial Committee's today April 22, 2015 completed its latest goal in erecting a monument that honors Major Dick Winters of Ephrata. The committee set up a Major Dick Winters Leadership Memorial Fund and got incredible support from local businesses and volunteers. The original monument of Winters was erected in Normandy in 2012. The official dedication of the statue and plaza is set for Memorial Day. #EphReview
