We would like to share with everyone how to make the natural cough relief remedy - Steamed Pear with Rock Sugar
主要食材【Main Ingredients】
1) 雪梨2粒 【2x Pears】
2) 冰糖 【Rock Sugar】
3) 紅棗 【Red Dates】
4) 枸杞子【Wolfberries】
方法【Method】:
1) 用鹽把雪梨洗乾淨【Wash the pears with salt】
2) 把雪梨上部切開。讓後蓋上避免氧化【Cut the upper part of pears,then cover it back again to prevent oxidation】
3)切開並取出部分果肉【Cut and remove part of pear】
4)把一些切小塊的果肉放回,加入一些紅棗,枸杞子和各兩粒冰糖。加入一些溫開水後蓋上
【Put back some cut pears, add in red dates, some wolfberries and 2 rock sugars for each pear. Cover the pear after add in some warm water】
5)放入已煮沸水的蒸鍋中,以中火蒸煮20分鐘【Put into the pot with boiled water, steam it with medium fire for 20 minutes】
6)完成 【Completed】
