I would advise anyone thinking of going into law enforcement to apply to as many agencies as they are qualified to apply to if they are willing to work at that agency. Having multiple choices increases your chances of being hired and also provides you with options that you will not have if you only apply to one department. You may also find that the agency that you accepted "to get your foot in the door" is indeed right for you.
