The Slam Ball exercises for this 20 Min Full Body Slam Ball Workout are:
A1. Overhead Front Slam
A2. Alternating Shoulder Toss
A3. Goblet Squat to Vertical Toss
A4. Alternating Shoulder Toss
To perform this 20 Minute Full Body EZ Bar Workout, you will perform 5 rounds of the entire circuit with an interval time of 545 seconds on and 15 seconds off. That means that for each exercise, you will be performing as many repetitions as you can for 45 seconds then resting for 15 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
