Lat pulldown is an excellent move that works several muscle groups at once such as the lats, teres minor and major, posterior deltoids, rhomboids and your biceps. I have observed that a lot of people perform this exercise incorrectly. I am sharing with you in this short video some of the most common pull-down mistakes that people commit.
