This is without a doubt one of my favorite poi tricks and it's excellent practice for beginning to work with moves that require you to slow down and have a subtle touch with your poi spinning. Fundamentally, this move consists of contrasting a pendulum with a move that has 3 petals and is an antispin flower. A lot of people label it a triquetra for this reason, but it's much more like a 4-petal antispin flower that's had a linear isolation pasted to the top of it.
