Get some thick cut pork belly, it’s easy to find at any local Asian market, high end market, or butcher. Heat pan first. While heating, dry rub pork with salt & pepper and/or any spice you like. Slice two green onions in angled large half inch pieces. Put bacon in pan, cook about a minute on each side. lower heat to medium, add garlic cloves, cook until garlic gets brown marks. Toss in green onions. If there’s too much oil, you can tilt to corner and sop up with a folded paper towel and spatula. Tilt pan to get garlic and onions to back of pan and toss up to get some flame kissing. Adds that distinctive smoky flavor. Just for about 10-20 seconds. Sop up any extra oil like before, and carefully serve. This garlic pork belly with green onions will sizzle the tastebuds. Enjoy!
