Folk Singer Gaddar Passed Away.Telangana famous folk singer Gaddar passed away. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospital. He recently underwent a heart operation and passed away today. As Gaddar, who was involved in movements all his life, went to the worlds of no return, fans and representatives of public associations were in mourning.

Gaddar was born in 1949 to Lacchamma and Seshaiah in Thupran village of Medak district. Gaddar's real name is Gummadi Vitthal Rao. Gaddar, who studied engineering at Osmania University... was attracted to mass movements... and followed the path of Naxalism. Gaddar changed his name in admiration of the "Gadar Party" which played a vital role in the freedom movement
