This is such a delicious breakfast jar...it's not too bitter or too sweet and has a gentle strawberry flavour.
Serves 4
Store in the fridge for 4-5 days

Ingredients:
Chia Pudding:
4 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Almond Milk
¼ tsp of Vanilla Extract/Essence
Smoothie Layer:
3 tbsp Hemp Powder
100g Fresh Strawberries
1 tbsp Almond Butter
2 tsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
3-4 fresh mint leaves
¼ cup almond milk
Fruit Layers:
Fresh mixed berries mashed with a fork to obtain juice and chunks
Garnish: 2 strawberries, mint leaves, coconut flakes
