This is the newest version of Chizuru Gagura, EX Chizuru XV in The King of Fighters Allstar (KOFAS). She protects the mirror of Yata, one of the Three Sacred Treasures that seal Orochi. She goes by the last name kagura but her true name is Chizuru Yata. She hosted KOF' 96 to find fighters capable of going against the Orochi Clan. Stein changed Goenitz' gender! She looks wise and compassionate. Her eyes are usually closed, and she only opens them when fighting. The moment she opens her eyes, her pent-up violence in unleashed, and she cannot be stopped.
