The CIP Society, a division of the Insurance Institute, has developed a resource website called mentoring ADVANTAGE to help organizations and individuals establish more and better mentoring relationships in the insurance industry. The site includes information and tools such as goal-setting and goal-refining exercises, tips on how to keep mentoring relationships on track, and strategies for dealing with common relationship problems.
