I consider NBC's The Blacklist an MCU AU. Katarina Rostova was trained in the Red Room. She defected to save her daughter from the same fate (at which point the Soviets began sterilizing all their agents), however her husband started training Masha himself. Katarina enlisted Raymond Reddington to help them escape again, but Constantin found out. Katarina fought him off long enough for Masha to grab the gun and escape. Reddington had her memory suppressed and placed her with a friend to be raised as an American.

Gina is a product of the more modern Red Room, along with Natasha. Jacob was stolen from his parents, who ran the American equivalent of the Red Room, when he was three years old, and trained in the same facility, though separate from the girls until after graduation.
