This female rhinoplasty patient underwent a primary reductive rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon. This patient was looking to reduce the length and width of her nasal bridge, eliminate the dorsal bump and reshape her tip. Ariana shares her splint removal, a very exciting moment for most rhinoplasty patients, as their newly shaped nose is revealed one week following rhinoplasty surgery. Often patients are quite overwhelmed when they see their nose for the first time. There can still be risidual swelling and perhaps some bruising as well. The full recovery phase can last up to one month post-op as patients are asked to refrain from heavy lifting, exercise and wearing glasses.
