In this video, I review the Sony FX6 cinema camera that I've been using for three months. I've put this camera through its paces and have discovered what it can and can't do. The form factor of the FX6 is fantastic, it's small and light enough to take anywhere, and it's built to withstand the rough-and-tumble of on-location shoots. One of the standout features for me is the variable and auto ND filter, which is great for outdoor shoots or in bright conditions. The 12800 second base ISO is really useful for low light situations, and the XLR inputs allow you to connect professional microphones directly to the camera. However, the camera only has two ISO options in Cine EI (Slog3), and there's no audio when shooting 4k120. Overall, I'm really happy with my Sony FX6 and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a small, lightweight cinema camera packed with features.
