This poor pup had a right earful, luckily, our expert vet was ready to save to the day. Grass seeds are real problem for dogs, and can cause serious injuries. Normally they get stuck in their fur or paws, but as in this case, they can get stuck anywhere.
Remember to always give your dog a little check wen you get home from their walk. Not only will it help you bond with your dog, it'll also mean that you can check them for bumps, cuts, ticks and, in this case, grass seeds. If you do find any grass seeds, remove them immediately and chuck them away or flush them, so they can't get back on your dog.
If you spot one in your dog's ear or stuck in their paw pads and you're worried about removing it yourself, call your vet. they'll be more than happy to help.
