The IPO of Emcure Pharma opened for subscription on July 3. Ahead of the issue opening the company raised Rs 582 cr from anchor investors including HDFC MF, ICICI Pru, SBI MF and more. The IPO comprises fresh issue of shares worth Rs 800 cr and OFS of 1.14 cr shares including Namita Thapar giving up some stakes. She will make around 127 crore rupees through the sale. The price band is fixed between Rs 960 to Rs 108 per share where investors can bid for 14 shares in one lot. Analysts believe that the company has scope for business improvement on the back of industry tailwinds & business scalability
