I grew up watching and helping my mom make delicious CHILES RELLENOS, and this was one dish I avoided even though I loved it. The process of roasting then removing the seeds and veins from the POBLANO peppers was a struggle and it is the one job my mom had me do. Once I got older and started making my own, I was on a mission to find a better and easier way of preparing the peppers for chiles RELLENOS without the struggle.
