During the reiki session you may feel slight tingling, or various sensations in your body, you may feel some minor discomfort or feel emotional, etc., please know this is typically normal and means the reiki energy is working and clearing out the blockages that have accumulated in your chakras. You may also feel nothing at all, & that is okay too, it doesn't mean it is not working. We all feel & experience things differently.

After the Session is over, be sure to drink plenty of water to help ground yourself & stay hydrated while your body goes through a detoxification process.

Persons who suffer seizures, under anesthetic or have pacemakers should not receive reiki healing at a distance. Do not engage in a session while driving or operating heavy machinery.
