Ingredients:
Vermicelli
Milk
Sugar
Ghee
Cashews
Raisins
Cardamom

Preparation:
Make powder of cardamom
Take a bowl on Stove and add 500 ml milk
Boil milk for 10 min
Take another bowl to roast Vermicelli
Roast for 2-3 min and take them into another bowl
Add some Ghee to a pan
Add cashews, almonds & raisins
Roast them for 3-4 min
Now add cardamom powder to boiling milk
Add semiya and Sugar
Boil it for 5 min
Add roasted nuts in the bowl
Let it boil for 8-10 min
Tasty Sweet Semiya is ready now
