Incredibly delicious recipe for broccoli with mushrooms in garlic sauce! Broccoli has never been prepared so delicious!
RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 broccoli
Fill with water.
Boil broccoli for 2 minutes.
Salt.
Mushrooms 300gr.
1 whole clove of garlic.
Olive oil.
Fry the garlic over medium heat.
Add mushrooms.
Fry for another 10-15 minutes.
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
Cornstarch 1 tablespoons.
Salt,black pepper.
Water 50ml/1/4 cup.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add some water.
Mix well.
Add broccoli.
Olive oil.
Broccoli with mushrooms is ready!
