This tutorial explains how to remove EFI system partition, the ESP on your hard drive, it can be removed when a hard drive HDD or SSD is used to store data and files and no longer contain a used Windows OS installation, very good to clean unused partitions when you put your drives to new uses. NOTE: EFI System Partition is essential for booting your operating system. Don't delete the EFI or other system partitions on the disk that contains your Windows installation, as it is necessary for booting, only delete EFI on secondary or media storage drives that no longer has windows installed on it.
