Note: For Xbox users it's already in the "patch" that got released for the game. Just check your item box in Tak's office or the one in Yokohama 99, all the contents will be in there. You must own season pass or have ultimate edition to get it. If you still don't see it, just save and "quit" the game and reload the game and your save to check again.
