I’m going to show you how to get the correct peaks when making French meringue cookies! These are light, airy and made to look like cute little Christmas trees.
Ingredients (increase as you wish!):
2 egg whites
A pinch of cream of tartar
1 cup icing sugar
Vanilla extract (or any extract of your choice)
