Un'etichetta identifica, ma non è necessariamente autoadesiva. Le etichette su "tessuto non tessuto", cucite o incollate ai capi di vestiario, sono realizzabili con una piccola stampante termica da banco, ad esempio la classe M - Datamax. Il materiale da stampare si presenta come una normale bobina, caricata e stampata con caratteri, simboli, codici. Per la stampa su TNT è necessario un particolare nastro a trasferimento termico a base resina, adatto alla stampa su materiali in poliammide, poliestere e satin, disponibile in vari colori. La stampa così realizzata è resistente ai lavaggi fino a 90°, ai lavaggi a secco e alla stiratura.
Labels do not need to be pressure sensitive, to serve as identification media. Non-woven fabric labels sewn or glued on clothes, can be printed with the smallest of desktop thermal printers, like the M Class- Datamax. Reels of non-woven fabric will be loaded and printed with texts, symbols, codes. A special resin thermal transfer ribbon has to be used to print on fabric such as polyamide, polyester, satin: both ribbon and non-woven fabric are supplied by the consumables department. Printing is resistant to washing up to 90°, to dry cleaning and to ironing.
Il sistema codifica direttamente su astucci farmaceutici formati e ne verifica il contenuto, mediante la lettura di un datamatrix e del testo in chiaro.
L'utilizzo di un PC industriale con display touch screen, consente un facile interfacciamento da parte dell'operatore e predispone l'implementazione software del CFR21. Inoltre è possibile integrare un'etichettatrice per l'applicazione del bollino farmaceutico
This system codifies directly onto the carton boxes, and checks the integrity of the print by a camera, which reads the Datamatrix code and the text on the label. An industrial PC with a touch-screen panel supplies a simple interface for the operator, and is ready to be compliant with CFR21.
An optional labeller can be added to the machine frame for the application of the pharmaceutical label
