Egg Paratha
Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Milk 1 ½ cup
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil (for brushing) as required
Beaten egg 1
Directions:
1. In a bowl add eggs, milk and mix it well. Now add all-purpose flour, green
coriander, green chilies, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper powder and mix it
well.
2. Transfer 1/2 cup of this mixture to a greased pan and cook one side for a
minute.
3. Now flip it and add beaten egg on top. Cook each side until fully one.
4. Your egg parathas are ready. Serve and enjoy.
