Inner & Outer Thighs including also your calves.
I know many many girls have been asking me to creat a workout like this.
It’s gonna burn!
I am using ankle weights here for a bigger burn.
Each side 2 kg / 4,4 pounds.
If you don’t have any, that’s fine. You can do this workout without ankle weights and it works as good as with.
I included some new exercises which I haven’t been using before and I just enjoy these 15 Min. so much that I’ve been doing this workout on every legday already .. it’s been a week.
