Hi everyone! Tonight we are walking through Santa Monica, CA- home to the most delicious ramen in all of Los Angeles. Tonight we try "Killer Noodle" which is also part of the "Tsujita" chain which is SO popular in Japan.
Killer noodle is so unique on their take on traditional ramen. Their broth and flavor is similar to "tan tan men" which is a delicious peanut butter/creamy/ vinegar broth flavor. Its also SO spicy! Not only can you pick what level of spiciness you want your ramen BUT you can also pick what "numb level" you would like as well.
